Taizé Prayer

April 24, 2013
5:15 PM - 5:45 PM
Location: Intercultural Center (Prayer Room)
  • Open to the Public

Enter into the season of spring with prayers, readings, and song through the style of Taizé worship. The Taizé community is an ecumenical, monastic order in France, which has been a center for Christian reconciliation and prayer for more than 70 years. Taizé worship lasts about 30 minutes but draws participants into a world of mindfulness through prayer and music. Worship will be led by the Rev. Nancy Hamlin Soukup, University Multifaith Chaplain, and is sponsored by the Spiritual Life Program.
