Japanese Literature and Arts and Architecture for 6 credits May 22 to June 19, 2012.

Two courses combine to examine Japanese art, architecture, and literature from classical times to today, with two weeks traveling in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, and Nagoya. Visit museums of fine art and modern manga, explore cities, temples, castles, contemporary architecture sites and more. Studies combine analysis of arts and literature with creative projects and interactive seminars.
