All members of the RWU community are invited to this weekly group aimed at helping you to better cope with the stressors of the modern world. Both eastern and western teachings will be utilized and the sessions will incorporate gentle stretching, meditation, imagery, deep breathing and relaxation training.
The class will be led by Counselor Debbie Knapman from the RWU Center for Counseling and Student Development. Meetings will be held at the Recreation Center, Dance Studio Room A (where the group exercise programs are held) on Wednesdays from 12:10pm to 1:00pm.
