The Women of Bristol Exhibition, organized by Roger Williams University Archivist Heidi Benedict, is the first ever exhibit-oriented collaboration between nearly all of Bristol’s historic, arts and cultural institutions. The exhibition brings together a unique collection of objects, including cooking and sailing implements, artwork, photographs, books, and other written material. The exhibit opens in the Rogers Free Library entrance gallery at 525 Hope Street on April 1 and will be available for viewing during library hours until April 30. It is free and open to the public.

Roger Williams University (RWU) presents the Fifth Annual RWU Tournées French Film Festival. The theme this year is “Connecting through Storytelling.” The Festival will take place from April 3-8 and will be free to the general public and campus community. The RWU Tournées French Film Festival was made possible by a grant from the French American Cultural Exchange, a New York-based nonprofit that promotes French culture through grants and special projects in arts and education.
