New England Science Public, an initiative recently launched at RWU to advance the public understanding of science, and the RWU Biology Department celebrates Darwin Day with students reading short excerpts from Darwin's works. Audience members get to vote for the best reader, and the winner will receive a gift certificate from Barnes and Noble. Faculty sponsors include Dr. Avelina Espinosa, Dr. Paola Prado and Dr. Jim Tackach.
