Campus Recreation Center (Dance Studio A)
All members of the RWU community are invited to this weekly group aimed at helping you to better cope with the stressors of the modern world. Both eastern and western teachings will be utilized and the sessions will incorporate gentle stretching, meditation, imagery, deep breathing and relaxation training. The class will be led by Counselor Debbie Knapman from the RWU Center for Counseling and Student Development. Please feel free to join us if you are interested in learning and practicing these age-old approaches. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Zen Meditation instruction provided every Tuesday, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m, in the Prayer Room (lower level) of the Intercultural Center. Please come sit with us, relax and find your true way. Meditation mats and cushions will be provided.
