"The Raising of America" is the first national, fully integrated media/public engagement project that aims to reframe the way Americans look at early child health and development. The documentary film raises awareness about recent research on connections between early childhood experience and the long-term prospects for health, education, and economic success. It asks the question: How does America's policies and services for infants and young children measure up in comparison to other countries in the world?
