All members of the RWU community are invited to stop by Mindful Roger on Thursdays from 12-12:30 p.m. in CAS 126 for a time of meditation, quiet reflection, and intercession. Sometimes we all need a place and time just to stop and re-engage the heart, mind, and soul. Sessions will include music, readings, the naming of concerns, and quiet. Led by Rev. Nancy Hamlin Soukup, University Multifaith Chaplain and Director, Office of Spiritual Life. For more information, email nsoukup@rwu.edu.

Campus Recreation Center (Dance Studio A)
All members of the RWU community are invited to this weekly group aimed at helping you to better cope with the stressors of the modern world. Both eastern and western teachings will be utilized and the sessions will incorporate gentle stretching, meditation, imagery, deep breathing and relaxation training. The class will be led by Counselor Debbie Knapman from the RWU Center for Counseling and Student Development. Please feel free to join us if you are interested in learning and practicing these age-old approaches. Please wear comfortable clothing.
